My coaching story
For over a decade, I thrived in the fast-paced tech industry at Google, leading diverse teams across the US and Germany. I successfully navigated cultural differences, spearheaded complex cross-functional projects, and challenging times (e.g., transition to fully remote during the pandemic and organizational restructures). I empowered individuals to achieve career advancements (e.g., consistently helped team members secure promotions).
As a marketer, my passion has been in helping people reach their full potential. Through coaching, I mapped out my core values, passions, and leadership strengths, confirming my desire to empower others.
Inspired, I embarked on the rigorous 104-hour Co-Active training program, strengthening my skills in active listening, powerful questioning, and creating a safe space for exploration. It's about embracing the unexpected and navigating life's currents – both calm waters and turbulent storms.
